We currently deliver our products across India through reliable and secure courier partners.

b. Dispatch Time

All ready jewelry orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Customized or made-to-order jewelry may take 10–21 business days depending on the design and availability.

c. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹10,000.

For orders below ₹10,000, a small shipping fee may apply (as mentioned at checkout).

d. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your parcel in real time.

e. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, etc.) may cause slight delays. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Returns & Exchange Policy
a. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the invoice, tags, and packaging.
b. Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
  • Products altered or resized after delivery.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
c. Return Process
  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order details and product images for verification.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or return instructions.
  4. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the product passes quality inspection.
d. Refunds

Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.

Amount will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
